Happy Thanksgiving Western Region

From the CUUC
Greetings: It is an honor to be able to send a few words of encouragement to all. I know we all are battling this Covid-19. It reminds me of the story in Exodus 12:11 – 13, where the Israelites were told to spread blood of a lamb over the door post of the Israelites, and the death angle will pass over. We call it the Passover. God has allowed the Covid-19 to take many of our family and friends. We are so blessed to still be among the living by the blood of the lamb. 6Be careful about nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do and the God of peace shall be with you. Philippians 4:6-9. Let’s all be thankful, grateful and realize we all are truly blessed. Happy Thanksgiving to each of you. May the Lord watch over all of you and keep you is my prayer. "How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth!"

Psalms 119:103

From the Presidents' Desk

On behalf of our National President, Ruth I Jones, our Board Chairman and Western Region President, Delores Evans, and all CUUC members, I bring greetings from the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado.
I pray that the words that go forth out of my mouth shall be pleasant words, like honey, to the people around me.

I want my words to be like sweetness to the soul and health to the bones so that I may encourage others, build them up and point them to You.  If I may share the love and sweetness You give to me...I will be blessed and I will be a blessing.  In Jesus' name I pray.  Amen.
